The core offering of Jiffy Lube is the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change, a service that offers customers more than just a standard oil and filter change. A preventive maintenance program that enhances the reliability and longevity of a vehicle, the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change is a comprehensive vehicle preventive maintenance service that focuses on four key areas: Change, Inspect, Check/Fill and Clean.
In addition, Jiffy Lube offers a range of other preventive maintenance services to help vehicles remain healthy both inside and out. These services include fuel systemelectricaldrivetraincooling systemair filtrationair conditioningtransmission, andwindshield services, as well as inspections and emissions.
Jiffy Lube® Certified Professional Technicians
More than 20,000 trained and certified technicians work at Jiffy Lube service centers across North America. Every technician is required to complete a Jiffy Lube training program so extensive, it is the only quick lube training program to earn the distinction of being an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Training Provider. The training program is known as the Jiffy Lube University, and it combines state-of-the-art computer-based instruction, supervised on-the-job training, and proficiency testing to help technicians become highly skilled in providing complete maintenance requirements.
Leadership Team
Stuart (Stu) Crum was appointed President of Jiffy Lube International on May 1, 2011. Stu comes to the Jiffy Lube team from Shell's North American National Accounts team. The Jiffy Lube Leadership team is comprised of Eric Eurich-Director of Retail Marketing, Jeff Lack-Director of Brand Marketing, Myron Menk-Programs & Initiatives Manager, Craig Linington-Franchise Support & Assurance Manager, Barry Wood-Market Optimization Manager, Jim Webster-Marketing Strategy & Innovations Manager, Jim Krueger-East Division Manager, Robert Mustain-West Division Manager, and Mike McFadden-Fleet Sales Manager.
